I founded GrowthPath Financial Solutions to help business owners feel more confident, informed, and in control of their finances.

With more than 20 years of senior-level finance experience, I’ve worked with global organisations including KPMG, EY, and Citi, as well as businesses across Private Credit, finance, retail, and FMCG. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with leadership teams to support strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and navigate complex business challenges.

I’m a CPA, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and hold an MBA from the University of Manchester. But beyond qualifications and corporate experience, what matters most to me is helping business owners gain clarity around their numbers and make smarter decisions with confidence.

I created GrowthPath because I saw a gap in the market. Many small and medium-sized businesses need strategic financial guidance but don’t have access to the kind of CFO-level support typically available to larger organisations. My goal is to bridge that gap by providing practical, commercially grounded advice tailored to the realities of running a growing business.

Clients often describe me as calm, straightforward, and commercially pragmatic. I believe good finance advice should simplify complexity; not add to it. Strong financial decisions start with clarity, honest conversations, and a clear understanding of what is really driving business performance.

In addition to my professional work, I also volunteer my time in a CFO capacity with Women 4 STEM, supporting initiatives that encourage and empower greater female participation and leadership in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Supporting growth, both in business and in people, is something I care deeply about.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy travelling, great food, a glass of red wine, and relaxing with jazz or old-school reggae music. I’m also passionate about helping professionals and business owners create sustainable success — not just financially, but personally as well.
